These Terms and Conditions aim to regulate the use of the website, class bookings, membership contracting, the purchase of products and/or services, and any other interaction between the User and La Vie en Flex, whether in-person or digital.

II. USE OF THE WEBSITE
The User declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract under the laws of the United Mexican States.

The site is for personal, non-commercial use only, and must be used lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

The User agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information when creating accounts, making reservations, or processing payments.

III. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
Class reservations are subject to availability.

Users may cancel their class with at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after this period will not be refundable or reschedulable, except in exceptional cases justified in writing.

Purchased memberships and packages are personal and non-transferable.

The Company reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, and classes with prior notice.

IV. PAYMENTS
Payments may be made via bank cards, electronic transfers, or authorized payment platforms.

All prices are listed in Mexican pesos and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.

No cash refunds will be issued. In the event of an error or duplicate charge, the User may request an adjustment through a written request.

V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the site, including texts, images, logos, graphics, trade names, databases, and software, is the property of La Vie en Flex or used with proper authorization, and is protected by the Federal Copyright Law and other applicable regulations.

Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of this content without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

VI. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The processing of personal data is governed in accordance with the Privacy Notice available on this website, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

VII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
La Vie en Flex will not be liable for:

  • Interruptions or failures of the website due to causes beyond its control.

  • Injuries or damages resulting from improper use of the facilities, equipment, or exercises by the User.

  • Acts of God or force majeure.

  • Loss of personal belongings within the facilities. Users are responsible for their possessions.

VIII. MODIFICATIONS
La Vie en Flex may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on the website and become effective from the date of publication. It is the User’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.

IX. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States. For the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the City of Puebla, Puebla, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of present or future domicile.
